One cannot ignore his past (Canadian) and present transgressions (USA). These are not allegations. They are real. This year alone, appearing three times before California Superior Court Judge Hammock (Case no. 18STCV02144) who ruled against Derderian’s bad behavior by ordering Western Diocese to pay ALL legal fees causing embarrassment to the Armenian community along with unbridled misuse of good faith donations of our people.
As I write, his new scheme is to raise funds for the much-needed repairs of Etchmiadzin. No transparency. “Just give with your open heart we will take care of everything,” we’re told. Just as well-meaning Armenian Diasporans gave after the Gyumri earthquake but to no avail. Today, Gyumri has approached UNESCO for help. They have currently designated Gyumri as a current project. Clearly Etchmiadzin would qualify under their mission. These facts can’t go on ignored. If ignored one becomes an enabler of Arch. Hovnan Derderian.

Is there a point to this article about Arch. Derderian. He has three cases at Superior court and the judge ruled that he was “Bad”. Really, is this a serious article with facts and research. What is the punishment for being bad, will my 6 year old be arrested for not listening and being bad.
