Hateful Anti-Armenian billboard in Philadelphia, USA removed

PHILADELPHIA, FEBRUARY 19, USA ARMENIAN LIFE MAGAZINE — Through the collective efforts of a number of American Armenians, Greek Americans, Assyrian Americans and American friends of Armenia, the anti-Armenian, hateful and misleading billboard on Philadelphia’s I-95 was removed. NUMEROUS CONCERNED Americans contacted Lamar Advertising Company and urged the firm to remove the billboard.
The billboard stated: “Azerbaijanis (and Turks) are ready to live in harmony with Armenians. ‘How about Armenians?’”The billboard was sponsored by MUSIAD USA organization [Turkish American Business Association].
