Threatening to kill and/or defame/discredit those who expose his corrupted persona. Peaceful demonstrators were attacked because they were exercising the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech and Press. Burbank police viewed clear evidence on video of these men in action vandalizing banners and screaming death threats at Investigative reporter Appo Jabarian. The police went into the diocese in a friendly fashion to question them and were denied access to them. Without a warrant they were unable to search the Diocese. Western Diocese gave them a safe haven to hide. Law Enforcement authorities are searching for them.
