Turkic Seljuk Baku-centered Azerbaijan must be dismantled from within

On October 2, Appo Jabarian posted a map highlighting Azerbaijan’s internal external terrial conflicts with the following comment: “Turkic Seljuk Baku-centered Azerbaijan must be dismantled from within.”
A leading member of the American Armenian community Bedros C. Bandazian responded with the following comment: “USA must be behind all this activity. Turkey cannot function without USA aid. Turkey receives almost 25 Billion in aid from America each year plus Military equipment and training. America pulls out its troops. Then substitutes these actions with Turkish Troops. Thus USA is continuing its dominance without getting its hands dirty.”
Former U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Evans responded: “Bedros, I am shocked to read this from you! Yes, Turkey is a US ally through NATO, but it is not the instigator of the attack on Artsakh. “USA must be behind all this activity?” Take it back. Wrong, wrong.”
Appo Jabarian wrote: “Dear Amb. John Evans, Baku was built and developed primarily by Armenians, Jews and Russians.
“At the turn of the twentieth century (late 1800’s-early 1900’s) the Baku oil refineries were constructed by Armenian industrialists Mantashian/Mantashov brothers and then all of a sudden Western oil interests/oligarchs through their lackeys in British petroleum, orchestrated local strifes through their Seljuk/Turkish proxies against Armenians who were the engine of industry and commerce in Baku region to drive them out.
“After having eliminated the influential and sizable Armenian presence in then very bustling business and commerce hub Baku, the same Western oligarchs masterminded the ethnic cleansing against Armenians to eliminate them altogether from the Baku basin, Armenian Highlands starting from Kura River in the Armenian Province of Udik of Eastern Armenia all the way to Erzurum in Western Armenia.
“Similar anti-Armenian policies were executed against Armenians of Armenian Cilicia by forcing France to abandon Armenians of Cilicia in early 1920’s.
“Fast forward to 2020. During the last decade the same Western oligarchs that have hijacked U.S. and Western European foreign policy in Middle East, Armenian Highlands, Mesopotamia, and other parts of Eurasia, are using the contemporary Turko-ISIS axis to carry out their agenda. That self-centered and bully-driven agenda is currently being carried at the expense of the local indigenous peoples including Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians, Kurds, Iranians, Russians, Jews, Arabs (Muslim and Christians), Talysh, Lezgis, Avars, Yezidis, Maronites, Druze, Bedouins, Alevis, Alawites, Yemenites, Hamshens and other indigenous minorities.
“Why is Turkey feeling so overconfident abusing their membership in NATO?
“Why is NATO-member Turkey misusing US-made and -procured fighter jets and munitions for aggression rather than agreed-upon defensive purposes?
“Why is NATO-member Turkey illegally reselling to third parties (Baku-centered Turkic Azerbaijan) to execute their blatant aggression against Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) violating their NATO agreement obligations and still getting tacit support from the mainstream/corporate Western media that is playing deaf to the plight of Armenians? Is this 1915 all over again?”
Amb. John Evans kindly answered: “Appo Jabarian, Those are all excellent questions that ought to be answered. It is indeed disturbing, and there must be some very harsh discussions going on right now at NATO and elsewhere.”
Appo Jabarian wrote: “Much indebted Dear Ambassador John Evans. I agree, we should get to the bottom of all these nefarious activities that are being carried at the expense of America’s prestige, national interests, and US taxpayers. NATO and US foreign policy establishments need thorough house-cleaning.”
