Armenia wins three medals at int’l boxing tournament in Belarus

Armenian athletes have conquered three medals – one silver and two bronze – at the 2019 Boxing EUBC Viktor Liventsev Memorial held in Minsk, Belarus from 12-17 November, the National Olympic Committee reported.
Boxer Karen Tononian (63 kg) bagged a silver after losing to his rival from Ukraine in final, while Artur Bazeyan (57 kg) and Gurgen Madoyan (69 kg) took the third place to win bronze medals.
Overall, seven Armenian boxers took part in the tournament.
