Letter from Pasadena school establishment committee
December 10, 2019

Dear AGBU MHS Community, It has been 7 weeks since we received the crushing blow that our school was going to shut down in June. From the moment the news was given, a group of parents and concerned community members joined together with one goal in mind: to create an even better Armenian high school that would not be bound to the whims of out of touch Armenian “leaders.”
We have been working non-stop to put into motion the plans for this new
educational center. While the work has been heavy and continuous for us,
the uncertainty and silence you have had to endure regarding the status of
our efforts was equally unbearable. We have been waiting for this moment to invite you to a presentation and discussion to share the exciting opportunity that will be available for the upcoming school year.
Please join us on Thursday, December 19th at 7PM at the Tekeyan Cultural
Center, located at 1901 N. Allen Ave, Altadena to hear about our efforts
and the details.
We are looking forward to sharing more about our new vision and bright
future.
Sincerely,
Pasadena school establishment committee
