A woman comes back from her business trip and finds that her lover- a married man- has decorated her apartment as for a funeral, with appropriate music. What is this, she asks? A requiem for our love, he answers, you’ve been gone too long!
We present the play in Armenian (Sirayin Karanguni) and English versions.
English version starring: Chadwick Bradbury, Frances Martin, Sandrine Sahakians, Anjy Shamo.
Choreography Marwa Bernstein. Stage Manager Adena Hovanessian;
Translated and directed by Aramazd Stepanian. The program includes two short plays by William Saroyan, two scenes with wives and husbands: HUSBAND AND WIFE and THE PING PONG PLAYERS.
