A death threat was issued in Glendale, California against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia on Sunday July 13, 2025 by one of the Russian stooges in the United States.
The death threat was expressed by Very Rev. Muron Aznikian of the Western Prelacy of the Armenian Apostolic Church headquartered in La Crescenta, California. Many American Armenians are now demanding the defrocking of Very Rev. Muron Aznikian and his expulsion from the Armenian Apostolic Church.
The protest was organized by the Los Angeles supporters of Russian-aligned Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), Armenian Church Western Diocese’s Arch. Hovnan Derderian and Catholicos Karekin II. It took place in front of the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia in Los Angeles.
About a week before the protest, the main initiators of the protest began to distribute misleading advertisements as if it was an expression of a patriotic speech. But the brochures did not mention the organizers main intention to express support for the ‘criminal’ Arch. Mikayael Ajapahian, Arch. Bagrat Galstanian, and Russian oligarch Samvel Karapetyan.
Reportedly, these trio are accused to be the initiators of the June 25 failed coup attempt against the Armenian Statehood. It was widely reported in Armenia that Ajapahyan, Galstanyan, and Russian oligarch Samvel Karapetyan, were caught red-handed in organizing the coup and are currently in prison “thanks to the decisive and decisive action of the Armenian law enforcement agencies.”
About a week before the protest, supporters of ARMENIAN STATEHOOD, together with investigative journalists from USA ARMENIAN LIFE revealed the true nature and purpose of the protest and immediately began to speak out, urging the Los Angeles Armenian community to be vigilant, NOT TO BE DECEIVED AND NOT TO PARTICIPATE.
To the credit of the 1.5 million Armenians of the Western United States, it must be stated that the overwhelming majority refused to participate. Consequently, the organizers of the protest action were unable to gather the thousands of Armenians they had dreamed of.
What happened in Los Angeles on Sunday, July 13, was a heavy blow to the fifth column of the anti-state traitors in Armenia.
In Los Angeles, out of the 1.5 million American Armenians in the Western United States they gathered a tiny crowd of about 125. Not even 150. In other words, only an insignificant 0.01% of the 1.5 million Armenian Americans participated in the anti-Armenia Los Angeles rally.
