YEREVAN, ARMENPRESS. Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan positively assesses the mutual visits of the journalists of Armenia, Artsakh and Azerbaijan, ARMENPRESS reports Mnatsakanyan told the reporters on November 30.
“It was a very responsible moment because as you saw, all this stemmed from our agreements, also from our policy, which is that if we make practical steps towards the peace process, it’s impossible to expect any progress if we have no appropriate atmosphere, but the environment is such that we cannot expect any breakthrough or immediate results from this single event.
