As of press time this week, the Ukrainian Crisis has entered into its second week and was showing no sign of subsiding. No one knows for sure as to how the crisis will end. But will it end anytime soon? Whether it is curtailed or lingers on, it will surely impact the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea basins.

Will it be exploited by Baku to carry out the second and final genocide of Armenians in South Caucasus’ Armenia/Artsakh?
In Fall 2020, Azerbaijan used the global Covid-19 pandemic and 2020 U.S. Presidential Elections as cover to mount massive terrorist aggression against Armenians of Artsakh Republic.
In Spring 2022, will Azerbaijan use the Ukrainian Crisis as cover to attack Armenians in Artsakh/Armenia yet again?
During the 2020 Fall 44-Day anti-Armenian aggression in Artsakh Republic (Nagorno Karabakh) by Azerbaijan, the international community kept mostly silent and looked the other way. During that aggression, for the first time in the South Caucasus history, Azerbaijan used thousands of ISIS terrorists from Syria and Pakistan.
In order to assist Republic of Armenia formulate an effective and beneficial foreign and defense policies, USA Armenian Life Magazine and armenianlife.com would like to invite their readers in the global Armenian community to present an answer to each of the below three questions.
Question 1: Should world Armenians and friends of Armenia/Artsakh sound the alarm on a possible second Azerbaijani terrorist and genocidal invasion against Artsakh/Armenia?
