USA ARMENIAN LIFE MAGAZINE is now compelled to increase the number of media inquiries from 12 to 13. Because additional reports of nefarious activities regarding how funds are managed by WD have come in since its last publication. Members, supporters and benefactors of the Western Diocese want answers from Archbishop Hovnan Derderian. These claims are damaging the image of the American Armenian community and the Diaspora at large. Many await a response to the alleged claims of tampering with the financial records of the Western Diocese.
Any wrongdoings negatively impact the image of the Western Diocese and its good standing in the American Armenian community in Western United States and beyond.
The “burning” question by the community at large:
Reported by Western Diocese insiders are claims of ongoing tempering with the books relating to endowment funds, trust funds and other earmarked funds in order to sanitize them in case a comprehensive investigation is conducted. Can you confirm or deny it? In either case, how would you and your client respond to growing public demands for an independent audit? An additional question: Are you a volunteer legal defender?
Mr. Kabateck, Esq., in your capacity as a lawyer, you are aware of the fact that tempering with financial records, accounting books, minutes and other matters at the diocesan headquarters and elsewhere is obstruction of Justice.

How many ENDOWMENT/TRUST/OTHER EARMARKED FUNDS are entrusted and exist under the guardianship of Western Diocese?
Are these funds being used to finance Arch. Derderian’s past and present frivolous lawsuits that are costing the Diocese exorbitant amounts of money?

You have unfairly and grossly twisted the facts to fit your client Archbishop Hovnan Derderian’s personal interests to the detriment of the Western Diocese and the community. You have perpetrated gross disregard of the facts and evidence of death threats against this writer, and you have turned around and twisted the sentence attempting to put words in my mouth by claiming that this writer is “calling for violence.” When saying that we must “eradicate the traitors in our nation.” As a law-abiding citizen and a big supporter of the Rule of Law, this writer has always been on the side of the Rule of Law! Has it ever occurred to you that communities and nations can eradicate traitors by legally locking them away from society under the shield of Law?
Therefore, this writer is presenting a demand of “Cease and Desist” from machinations, manipulations by misattributing the twisted meaning of comments or expressions to individuals who by nature are against any kind of violence!
