APPO JABARIAN — Good evening, dear viewers, today my interlocutor is the well-known public speaker Mr. Voskan Mekhitarian.
The attention of world Armenians is focused on April 5. And April 5 seems to be an important turning point in modern history, when the leadership of the United States of America and the European Union will hold a meeting with the leadership of Armenia. And from that meeting, it is expected that there is a high probability of receiving important and practical guarantees ensuring Armenia’s sovereignty and state security.
Apart from that, another positive development that recently began to be circulated is the fact that the United States of America, Iran and France, especially these three, as well as the collective West seem to agree on the idea that Syunik, the southern region of the Republic of Armenia is inviolable. The Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly clarified that it will not accept any border changes. When such a danger reared its head, the Iranian Army mobilized a lot of armored vehicles at the border of Armenia, sending a clear message to Turkey and Azerbaijan.
But at that time, it was not clear that Putin’s Russia was behind Azerbaijan’s moves. And now that we are already close to the spring of 2024, it has become clearer that Iran’ national interests are apparently in conflict with the interests of Putin’s Russia and anyone with political maturity can very well conclude from the recent years, the hidden agenda pursued by Moscow. Another point became clear: the 44-day War of 2020 was an international conspiracy that has received a nod from Putin’s Russia. In the immediate aftermath of the war Russian Defense Minister Shoigu joined the Prime Minister of Turkey and the Prime Minister of Israel to boldly congratulate Azerbaijan’s victory over Armenia and Artsakh.
Furthermore, in September 2022, when the Azerbaijani troops launched an attack on Armenia along the eastern border, information surfaced that the Russian border guard troops were withdrawn overnight and “gifted” their positions to the Azerbaijani armed forces.
In order for Putin’s Russia to achieve its ultimate goal through the internal 5th column, and to dethrone the popularly elected government of Pashinyan, in December 2022, with the encouragement of Russia, now recently it reported, Azerbaijan closed the Lachin Corridor and took the Republic of Artsakh under a complete blockade. And as if that was not enough, on September 19, 2023, Azerbaijan launched a full-scale aggression against Artsakh. Again, under the watchful eyes of the Russian Peacekeeping forces in Artsakh.
Now in the run-up to April 5, the Russian-led tandem is fighting in every possible way to undermine the tripartite meeting of April 5, the United States of America, the European Union and Armenia. Some Yerevan-based investigative reporters are warning political assassinations may be executed similar to the October 27, 1999 killings in the Armenian Parliament. “National Security Service of Armenia (NSS) needs to go on high alert” many insist.
Recently, we were also informed about the terrorist act that was carried out in Armenia immediately after the explosion in Moscow, may have been carried out by elements close to the Russian-sponsored 5th column. Apparently, the treacherous 5th column will not stand down from its complicit behavior. The good news is that both the people of the Homeland as well as the Diaspora have started to become quite well-informed.
Now there is a round-the-clock surveillance by the news media as well, so that the 5th Column and its subordinate media do not suddenly destabilize and mislead our compatriots through disinformation.

After analyzing the very interesting introduction, I would like to say this to you, dear ones.
What should we do? As you see there are many players on the political stage. It is a small homeland with a huge Diaspora. What should we do? Should we be silent against all of these, or should we never waste our good lives on that small homeland, where the blood of our youth is not yet dry? Therefore, we repeat every time and will repeat that the world is on fire. We will not fall victim to that either. Let’s be smart, and what is the cornerstone of this smartness, dear ones: tolerance towards each other.
We may disagree, but let’s not forget the issue is not you and me, the issue is that piece of holy land that exists today but may not exist tomorrow. Therefore, for the love of our homeland, for the existence of our people, we have no right to antagonize each other. Let’s disagree, but let’s be tolerant. The enemy is outside. … But instead of talking about our traitors, let’s join hands and think about how to arm our motherland with a mind, a brain, and proper weaponry. To do all this, we need to come together. Let’s not serve other people’s interests. let’s serve the interests of our motherland.
APPO JABARIAN – Yes, solidarity is the cornerstone of all kinds of successes and also miracles. It must be said that since the 44th day war of 2020, it must be said that the Armenian nation took quite tangible steps in order to strengthen the Sovereignty, Independence and Defense of the Republic of Armenia in practical terms. I have nothing but words of gratitude to all the young people continuously endeavor to strengthen the Armenian Army.
I have a very good news to share with you. According to Gallup International, the pollsters in several countries have asked the citizens of various countries the question, “If your country is exposed to are you ready to fight for your country?” The good news is that among more than 200 countries, Armenia ranks first as 96% of the Armenian people said that they are ready to protect the Motherland at the cost of their lives.
Now, the Armenian Diaspora has the important duty to participate in these efforts.
In this regard, I must express a word of high appreciation to the American-Armenian National Security Institute’s (AANSI) educational work done by the AANSI leadership. As many of you may know, last year, for the first time, AANSI brought together approximately 50 Armenians and pro-Armenia non-Armenians from 7 different countries. They took part in the first AANSI Humanitarian Brigade training in Armenia. The second AANSI Humanitarian Brigade training will be held this year as well Details to follow.
I am certain that soon, we will receive more detail from the Chairman of AANSI, US Army Major General (Ret) Mark McCarley.
The task of AANSI and its supporters is to assist in the process of strengthening Armenia’s Sovereignty, Democracy, Independence and Defense in every possible way. The Diaspora Armenians have a vital role to play in the empowerment of Armenia’s Economy and Defense. Those who are citizens of Armenia have the right and it is their duty to participate in the armed forces. The rest of us can support politically assisting Armenia in strengthening of the judicial system, so that the Rule of Law prevails in the homeland.
A new Armenia is emerging. We should express our appreciation to our Homeland brethren, who in the course of the last 5-6 years began to rebuild the Armenian state which is in stark contrast to the 1991-2018 Armenia under the former presidents. As a result of widespread corruption Armenia suffered a great decline with the complicity of Russia.
It is during the reign of Robert Kocharyan that that state assets were given to Russia as a ‘payment’ for national debt. Many factories of strategic importance were handed over for a few $100 millions, when the value of these factories was worth tens of billions of dollars.
The time has come for our people to intensify their work, and Pashinian’s government has received a mandate implement The Rule of Law. Especially the second and third presidents, who have reportedly looted both Armenia and the Diaspora out of tens of billions of dollars should be held accountable under the “law on confiscation of illegal acquired assets.” It is vitally necessary to implement it. The sooner, the better.

Whereas the Western Diocese of the Catholicosate of All Armenians is controlled by the Karabakh clan headed by the Russian- KGB controlled Catholicos Karekin II in close collaboration with the second and third presidents of Armenia. “These two religious entities should be freed at all costs.”

A new historical period of awakening with Homeland and Diaspora people has already begun, and this new historical period of awakening also entails the process of strengthening the Sovereignty, Independence, Democracy, Economy and Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
Do not believe the propaganda of the enemy that ‘nothing’ is possible in Armenia.
As for the counterproductive and fake opposition in Armenia, they can be recalled. In the United States, there is a wonderful legal process called Recall Election. Any elected officials that fails to perform, can be targeted for recall.
Similarly, the electors in Armenia urge their Parliament to legislate a law, so that the citizens of Armenia can implement their right to organize a referendum to unseat the counterproductive fake opposition. It is a widely known fact that Kremlin-controlled opposition is working against the interests of the Armenian statehood. Therefore they should be removed from office through recall election.
Democracy is on a roll in Armenia.
