First Deputy Defense Minister and Chief of the General Staff of the Ar- menian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edvard Asryan, received In- dia’s Defense Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh on August 17. The sides discussed issues related to Armenia-India cooperation in the defense sector. As part of a previously reached agreement, the two sides exchanged a document establishing a new for- mat for cooperation between the Gen- eral Staffs of the Armenian and Indian armed forces.
